About NeuroScry
NeuroScry is a Windows desktop AI assistant that can use screenshots, voice input, app context, and AI providers to answer user questions.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
Some features require an account. NeuroScry uses browser-based sign-in through neuroscry.app using WorkOS AuthKit.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account secure.
- Using your own account.
- Signing out on shared computers.
- Not sharing access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, or passwords.
- Not sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account unless Gradient Vector LLC expressly allows it.
Gradient Vector LLC may suspend or limit access if an account appears abusive, compromised, unpaid, not entitled to use a feature, or in violation of these Terms.
The NeuroScry Desktop App
NeuroScry can capture screenshots, audio from your microphone, foreground app information, and related context when you use its hotkey or configured trigger. It can send that information to the selected AI provider or to the NeuroScry API proxy.
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to capture and submit the content on your screen and in your audio. Do not use NeuroScry to capture private, confidential, or regulated information unless you have the right to do so and understand the risk.
AI Output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.
NeuroScry is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, safety, or security advice.
Third-Party Services
NeuroScry relies on third-party services for features such as authentication, AI responses, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, model downloads, downloads, hosting, storage, and infrastructure.
Third-party services used by NeuroScry may include WorkOS AuthKit, Cloudflare, OpenAI, xAI, OpenRouter, Microsoft Edge TTS, Hugging Face, PyPI, and NVIDIA-related package sources.
Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Gradient Vector LLC is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
API Keys And Direct Mode
The desktop app includes direct-provider settings that can store user-provided API keys locally. If you use direct mode, you are responsible for your API keys, provider accounts, provider usage charges, and provider terms.
Plans, Quotas, And Billing
NeuroScry may use account entitlements and quota enforcement. New accounts may default to no active plan. Trial and paid plans may be capped by a rolling call quota. Internal accounts may bypass the quota check.
Paid billing is not currently implemented in NeuroScry. If paid plans are introduced, Gradient Vector LLC will provide applicable plan, billing, cancellation, and refund terms.
Updates
Gradient Vector LLC may update the app, backend, website, models, settings, limits, and supported providers. Some updates may be required to keep using the service.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, bypass access controls, overload the service, violate provider rules, or use the service for illegal or harmful activity. More detail is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Intellectual Property
Gradient Vector LLC owns its software, websites, branding, documentation, and service design, except for third-party components and open-source software used under their own licenses.
You keep ownership of content you provide, such as prompts, screenshots, audio, and support messages. You give Gradient Vector LLC and its service providers permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
AI output may be subject to third-party provider terms. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, processed, stored, or sent to third parties.
Suspension And Termination
Gradient Vector LLC may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your account is not entitled to use the service.
- Payment fails after paid billing is introduced.
- Your use creates security, abuse, legal, or provider risk.
- The service is discontinued.
- You exceed usage limits or try to bypass them.
