Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Gradient Vector LLC websites, services, APIs, accounts, and software products, including NeuroScry.

Basic Rule

Use the service lawfully, safely, and honestly. Do not use it to harm people, invade privacy, bypass limits, attack systems, or violate third-party rules.

Screenshots, Audio, And Private Content

NeuroScry can process screenshots, microphone audio, window titles, app metadata, prompts, and AI responses.

You must not use NeuroScry to:

  • Capture or submit content you do not have the right to capture or submit.
  • Record people without required consent.
  • Collect passwords, API keys, tokens, private messages, financial data, health data, or other sensitive information from someone else.
  • Monitor employees, family members, customers, students, or other people without proper notice and authority.
  • Upload confidential or regulated information unless you are allowed to do so and accept the risk of sending it to third-party AI or infrastructure providers.

Abuse Of Accounts, Quotas, Or Access Controls

You must not:

  • Bypass sign-in, entitlements, subscriptions, quotas, model restrictions, or rate limits.
  • Abuse invite, download, trial, or manual approval flows.
  • Share, sell, rent, or transfer accounts unless Gradient Vector LLC expressly allows it.
  • Use automated traffic, scripts, or multiple accounts to avoid limits.
  • Reverse engineer API access controls or token behavior to gain unauthorized access.
  • Use stolen, leaked, or unauthorized API keys, tokens, accounts, or payment methods.

Security And System Abuse

You must not use the service to:

  • Create, deploy, or improve malware.
  • Phish, scam, impersonate, or socially engineer people.
  • Attack, scan, overload, or disrupt systems.
  • Exfiltrate data or credentials.
  • Evade detection, abuse prevention, or provider safety systems.
  • Generate instructions for unauthorized access or real-world harm.

Security research is only allowed with prior written permission. If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to security@gradientvector.dev.

Illegal Or Harmful Content

You must not use the service for:

  • Illegal activity.
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or doxxing.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • Content involving sexualization of minors.
  • Hate, extremist, or violent abuse.
  • Fraud, deceptive schemes, or market manipulation.
  • Instructions for weapons, self-harm, or physical harm.

AI Provider Rules

NeuroScry may route requests to providers such as OpenAI, xAI, Microsoft services, Cloudflare, or others depending on settings and account configuration.

You must follow applicable provider rules and must not use NeuroScry to evade those rules.

Games, Apps, And Third-Party Terms

NeuroScry can help with software and game screens. You are responsible for following the rules of the apps, games, platforms, workplaces, or websites you use it with.

You may not use NeuroScry to violate the terms, policies, or rules of third-party software, services, platforms, games, or websites.

Enforcement

Gradient Vector LLC may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access. It may also block requests, reduce quotas, remove entitlements, or report activity when legally required.

All legal documents
