What To Include
Please include:
- The product name: NeuroScry.
- Your account email, if you can sign in.
- Your NeuroScry app version.
- Your Windows version.
- A short description of what happened.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Whether you installed from MSIX, ZIP, source, or another installer.
Account, Sign-In, And Quota Issues
If you see an account error, include the exact message. Useful examples include:
no_entitlementquota_exceededmodel_not_allowedpayload_too_large- Sign-in opens the browser but returns to the wrong account.
- Sign-out appears to work locally but the browser signs back in automatically.
- The download page says your account is pending approval.
Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, refresh tokens, or local secrets files.
If your issue is quota-related, include the provider you selected, the model name, and whether the issue happened from the Settings test button or during normal app use.
Logs And Debug Files
NeuroScry stores local runtime data on your device. Support may ask for diagnostic logs.
Only send logs if you are comfortable sharing them. Logs can include prompts, transcripts, AI responses, window titles, process names, app metadata, errors, and other information related to what was on your screen or what you asked.
Screenshots And Audio
Debug screenshots or debug recordings may be stored locally if you enabled those options.
Do not send screenshots or recordings unless support asks for them and you have reviewed them first. They may contain private information from your screen or microphone.
Billing
Paid billing is not currently implemented. If paid plans are introduced, Gradient Vector LLC will provide billing support instructions.
Security Reports
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@gradientvector.dev. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until Gradient Vector LLC has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
